I used to order here literally 7days a week sometime multiple times a day but the last 6 months or so I?ve been slowing down and... for good reason. Literally every time I order my drink is either messed up or they don?t have everything that goes in it so theyjust leave it out and when I ask about it they just say sorry. I literally spend around $7 per drink and for it to be messed upand not made correctly is very disappointing. I no longer order my favorite coffee there because it?s so bad you literally can?tdrink it anymore unless you?re lucky enough to have the one person working that can make it the right way. I?ve tried mixing itup and ordering different drinks but they are still not made correctly. I know what they should taste like and what?s supposedto be in them because there are only a few I will order. So today I ordered 2 and spent $15 and one was supposed to have driedfruit which makes they drink taste even better but I ordered it on the app and when I got there to pick it up I was missing thefruit. I asked if they had it and they just looked at me and was like sorry we?re out. It would be nice to know that whenordering it before I spend $7 on a drink. The Starbucks in Shawnee, OK has gone downhill so much. The line is always wrapped around the building and there is never any... seating inside. It took 45 minutes to get an iced green tea today. High turnover in staff and drinks are never as good as theyuse to be. Borden milk is disgusting and taste sour place is also filthy and flies everywhere. ???? Read more
Won't go back, I have been to Starbucks in 5 states and this was not even funny. I ordered dark roast expected a pour over and... with the wait in line 15 mins after my already 20 didn't think it would be an issue. Got to window like I said 15mins afterorder and they said they don't serve it after 10..yes I know thus the pour over. Nope I got cold pikes peak..yes cold. So waitedtotal 40 mins for cold coffee. I genuinely love getting my coffee from Starbucks. I love the simplicity of ordering online and not having that crippling... anxiety of trying to figure it out at the monitor when I arrive. I get one of the three same drinks every time because I don?tlike getting something in fear of not liking it, and I generally will force myself to drink the small mistakes because they?rebearable and I understand it?s different baristas. But today one of my normals tasted solely like oat milk. I tried calling sixtimes before arriving back at the store so I didn?t have to be ?that person? and they didn?t answer. So when I arrived Ipolitely told them that my order didn?t taste right, like it was missing coffee. The girl at the window asked me if it wassomething I?ve got before (because I add extra stuff to it) and I said yes, she still tried making it seem like it was mymistake. That bothered me. They didn't fill the cup. As soon as I picked it up I could feel it was way lighter than it should be. Opening up the lid you... can see how much is missing. I ordered a chestnut praline latte. The service was good at the front, but the drink was missing alot. Read more
