Taco bell on Kickapoo is unorganized an they manager/GM who she said she was is a very rude Shift Leader who needs to work on... her attitude. She started yelling an talking very rudely when I was telling her the night crew messed up my order and I couldn'tget them to answer the phone. Then after yelling at me telling me she's the manager/GM she hangs up on me. Now I don't know whogave her the Manager/GM position but they need to train her with better people skills and how to handle situations with a betterattitude and be respectful. Read more
