This place today was not on there best at all. All the drinks were flat, no ice in the machine. Nobody would talk to us as we... tried to get there attention. One of the worst Taco Bell. You guys need to train your staff how to make proper food. I ordered cheese quesadilla and it?s... cheese in tortilla ????. With Nacho fries little to no cheese. Taco bell on Kickapoo is unorganized an they manager/GM who she said she was is a very rude Shift Leader who needs to work on... her attitude. She started yelling an talking very rudely when I was telling her the night crew messed up my order and I couldn'tget them to answer the phone. Then after yelling at me telling me she's the manager/GM she hangs up on me. Now I don't know whogave her the Manager/GM position but they need to train her with better people skills and how to handle situations with a betterattitude and be respectful. Read more

How is it you reopen a store remodeled but yet you walk up at 12:36 noon area doors locked. Drive thru they inform you on tax... free weekend sorry if paying with cash you must have exact change. I went to get the new nacho fries, she said it would be 15 minutes, i wanted to get home so settled for tacos I asked for four... to bring my brother two, and she said they can only make two because their fryer was down. Which is understandable I asked formeat and cheese only, and that?s pushing it because my little brother hardly even eats cheese and I got a fully loaded taco.They just constantly failed to meet my expectations which are low, do not recommend.
