Tacos were good but a little light. I would give them another chance.
Ordered the whole lotta box. Tacos were only filled 1/3 of theway. Rice & beans were filled only 1/3 of the way. I was missing... the salsa. And the salsa bar was missing half of the ingredients. When I asked an employee to fill my containers I was told theycould not. So I asked for a refund. Once the manager came & asked what was going on he said they "most certainly could fill thecontainers all the way." He made the employee fill them and apologized. I refused the refund once I had all of the foodpurchased. I understand the manager is new, but those young employees really need to be retrained & take pride in doing a goodjob. Read more
Our burritos had almost nothing inside of either one of them and what was in them was dry & they was out of 2 of the drinks I... tried to order. This is one of the only fast food Mexican restaurants I like to eat at & they highly disappointed me this time.Drive thru time was quick that is the only reason I am giving two stars Read more
This place is a joke, went there 10/01/2022 arrived and placed our order at 7:33pm, at 8:15pm we were still waiting on our food.... We ask for our money back. They were more interested in serving the drive thru then the customers that had ordered inside. Therewere 5 on staff, this place needs NEW MANAGEMENT. On top of that it took 3 staff members to figure out how to give us our moneyback and 15 more minutes. Read more
I love Taco Bueno but this store in particular is the worst I've experienced. Once in 2019 I came to this location for lunch and... the person working the window was covered head to toe in mud. They seem to not care for cleanliness standards here, and in thevisits I've made since I've had lots of missing items, had bad customer service, and they're just plain old slow. The folks thatown this store do not care and it shows, I'm surprised they're still open to this day. That being said, I'd be delighted if theymanaged to turn it around but public opinion rules all. Items missing from my order, food was turned upside down in the bag and beans and cheese leaked all out in bag was all over... other food. Last few times I have attempted to eat at this location, food was missing or it wasn't warm employees not thatfriendly and always out of certain item. I knew better than to try to attempt going there but for sure won't again! Read more
Great service. Staff is very friendly & polite. Food is decent for fast food, much better than Taco Bueno on 12th in Norman. I... tried the Big Freak'n Taco Salad tonight, though, instead of sticking to the Big Freak'n Nachos & I'm not a fan. The meat wasbland & the bowl was in pieces. Can't blame the franchise for the product, though. That's corporate's responsibility, for themost part. My nephew got the Beef Mucho Nachos & they were great, as usual. He wouldn't let me have his leftovers. He's savingthem for tomorrow. My niece loved her Nacho Salad. Not my first time here. Won't be my last. Read more
The food was horrible. The chicken was burnt. The bathrooms were disgusting. No ice in the ice machine and they would not feel... it up. Two different customers requested ice and we're turned down. Look like toothpaste was smeared on the sink in thebathroom. Read more
