WORST PLACE! cold food, everyone standing around talking. The girls nails were long and dirty. I asked to switch out my tea for... a water and she just dumped it out and gave me tea flavored water. Will not go back. Read more
At 8pm! Fries were cold and horrible. No Tea, sweet or un-sweet. Soda machine out of ice and they had no Dr. Pepper in the... entire bldg. Forcing me to choose from soda machine, once I did, it spewed soda all over my white shirt. #2 Dbmeat cheeseburgerwas good for us because we like our paties a bit rare but others may not like that. Almost 30 min to get food, 5 employees and we were the only customers. Cold fries. No ice and no carbonation in drink machine.... Told them, they never fixed the issue. Front door was locked, ignored FedEx knocking. Went and opened door. Informed Managerdoor was locked. only said Thank you. Never unlocked door. Hubby had to let customer in. That customer was still waiting to bewaited on when we left. Employees just acted like they didn't care, manager included. Read more
I never ever sign in to Google to write a review (especially a negative one) but Wendy?s in Shawnee, Oklahoma is ridiculous. The... staff rarely makes your food or drink fresh. I ordered a sweet tea and it tastes like it was made days ago. It doesn?t eventaste like sweet tea, it tastes like dirt. My chicken was also a little undercooked. Someone needs to file a health violation onthese people. It doesn?t seem safe to eat here. Read more
Update...Much better meal!! Customer service still so-so.
Stopped in drive thru on was home and made order. Worker was nice and food was good only issue was we asked for no onions on... burgers and made the mistake of leaving with out checking and both burgers had onions which we can't have due to allergies likementioned when ordering. So needless to say wasited 15 dollars and had to toss it out and get food down the road on road trip. Read more
????I love Wendy?s chili??, most of the menu is a bit overpriced but I am always up for their delicious home style chili. So,... here is the thing about it; I went to this Wendy?s on 4 separate occasions in one week just to get some chili and I was toldevery time that they were out of it????????. Are they just not preparing it and saying they ran out cuz each time I went it wasa different time of day and they were out! Just wanted some tasty chili and was left unsatisfied. Read more
