High price for poor quality on there breakfast buffet hot items where cold , there breakfast potatoes where not fully cooked ,... sausage Pattie’s didn’t look appetizing at all , there waffle machine doesn’t cook waffle evenly and fully , the onlyactual good item was there vegetarian omelette, stay away it’s not worth the price ! Mark the bartender is the best! We've been coming here for a long time.. He never disappoints. He is extremely attentive to not... only us but each and every customer that I see coming in. I've seen him in the most busiest of times wether it be after a largegolf outings to large wedding parties. We are very impressed. He's certainly a keeper... Thanks for making our time (s)special! We had a reservation. Apon arrival were ushered into a back side corner with only 1 table in it cut off from the rest of the... restaurant…that started off the disappointment. I’m not sure if they stuck us back there because we had children (aged 10and 8 and very well behaved), but it really killed the vibe and the atmosphere was dead. We waited 40 minutes for our drinks,and over an hour for our food. I only ordered a cup of lobster bisque (which I’m pretty sure was a can of Campbell’s with athick skin on top), and an order of clams (which were so hard and dried out they were inedible.) SKIP THIS PLACE!!!!! It is supposed to be elegant and it had a nice view but the food was horrible. Two of us ordered NY strip... steaks. About 1/3 of each 16 ounce steak was gristle. Kept soldiering through and eating edible parts but really not tasty andevery other bite was gristle. My bread plate was full of pieces that could not be eaten. The baked potato was ice cold. Whenreported, they offered a new steak. Uh. No. Then offered a dessert. No thanks we have dessert plans. Acted like there wereno other options and I suggested a discount on the bill. This was a $31 steak that would cost WAY less and be not just ediblebut DELICIOUS at any run of the mill steak house. They gave us a 5% discount on the two steak dinners So, $3 off. WHAT A RIPOFF. I gave the service staff a large tip, assuming this is a management issue. Then, I inadvertently gave them my HealthSavings Account card and it was declined. They probably thought we were con artists but I paid properly and off we went. UNACCEPTABLE. Read more
The Hostess was extremely rude to us. Food was average ,nothing special. The server started off good ,then seemed to forget... about us at the end. The best thing about this place was the scenery. Beautiful. They need to work on their staff before wewould come back. Read more
Not thrilled with our dinner. Chicken noodle soup was unique made with spaghetti noodles instead of egg noodles. Chicken... Parmigiano was okay, the chicken part, but the sauce was raw tasting and sitting on way too much pasta. When asked if I wanted abox I said no, I got a weird look. Then she was like are you done eating, I said no, I'm still eating my chicken and she walkedaway like I was bothering her with my answer. Had a hard time locating a box for my mom's leftovers and finally the gentlemanfrom the back brought one out after she came back to the table 5 times to say I'm still looking for a box. Read more
