Upon entering I noticed a short blonde lady (mid 40?s) on her cell phone behind the counter, as soon as she noticed me she... bolted to the back of the store and after a few minutes a different younger lady came out to help me. After being served I satdown to eat and she had come back out and was on her cell phone once again until more customers came and to which she bolted tothe back making the other girl go out and serve the customers AGAIN. Lack of training at this subway. Tried to use a coupon and the young man had no idea how to do it. Not his fault, poor... leadership there clearly. Sad because there are so few places to eat in Shawnigan but won?t be spending my money there anymore. Read more

Picked up an early lunch and the buns were super dry, no way they were baked the same day. Ruins the sandwich. Not sure if... all subways have changed the roast chicken to shredded, but definitely not preferred. Very disappointed. Read more

Standard nutritious Subway sandwiches. Staff are not friendly and simply go about the mechanics of their jobs. Blah atmosphere... and interior dining experience. Best to take out. Read more

I?ve never had such terrible service in my life. The young girls working at the Shawnigan Lake Subway don?t have any customer... service skills whatsoever. It?s one thing to not have anything in stalk but the eye rolling after every word myself and familysaid was very unnecessary. Hopefully the survive at this location can improve. Until then I will not be visiting again. Read more

Staff are rude! One girl snapped at my son when she couldnt here what he wanted on his sub. I feel like every time I go in there... I am bothering them by wanting to order a few subs. I will think twice about going to this location, maybe the Mill Bay staffhave manners. Read more

Not an overly great subway, the mill bay one is better and only a 5 minute drive away. Went there recently out of laziness the... one younger girl working behind the counter had a pretty rude attitude, seemed like she didn't want to be there that or was justpissed she now had to do more work and not talk with her friends either way not impressed, spend your money at the mill bay oneat least they do it right.
