I ordered a cup of coffee for here at 3:30 (they close at 7) and was informed that they can't do that past 3:00. A coffee shop... that would not sell me coffee? The staff was glib and gave me no explanation. Absolutely terrible. This was my first and lastvisit to a Biggby's. What reason could they possibly have to not serve me coffee at a coffeeshop? I guess if you don't spend 6bucks on a specialty drink you get treated like trash. Zero stars. Read more
Very disappointed with today's service, first both sugar free coffees were given regular and both sandwiches were cold and... cheese wasn't melted. There was quite a long line and I have worked in the food industry before so I understand getting outorders but the individuals getting the sugar free coffees were diabetic, I hope that this doesn't happen again because I lovetheir coffee so much and their sugar free actually tastes amazing and not fake. I LOVE the Sheboygan location. Everyone is so friendly. I have yet to experience anyone less than stellar. The coffee is way... better than Starbucks or Dunkin?s. I drive 25 minutes out of my way to come get coffee here once a week. Read more
Quick and easy coffee spot to stop at! Super friendly service, and gave wonderful advice on drinks. I got a blended frozen... hazelnut latte that was definitely one of the better blended drinks I have had! Normally the drink separates somewhere halfwaywhile drinking it. However, there?s was smooth and creamy through the entire drink with hardly any separation. My partner got adragonfruit Red Bull smoothie that was light and fruity. Would stop here again. Read more
Stopped and quickly to get a coffee to go. Ended up getting a few muffins as well. The blueberry one was delicious! The... employees were very helpful, and was in and out in minutes. Got a white lightning, which was kind of like an iced whitechocolate mocha. It was very good. Came late morning, and there was no line. Read more
Delicious coffee & food! Friendly staff and quick service. A hidden gem in Sheboygan! I love the iced vanilla late but also... love the hot drinks too! Muffins and baked goods are always a great option - always soft & moist. Breakfast sandwich options &bagels are tasty as well. Read more
Better quality than Dunkin' Donuts and not as pricey as Starbucks - best of both worlds at Biggby Coffee. Consumer realism.... Thank you for being that happy medium for the "average Joe" (or in this case, "Mike"). Read more
bragel was really good but the drink i got was peppermint and it tasted just like black coffee, no peppermint at all. first time... i was here drink was amazing. i guess it just depends who makes it. Read more
