Have always been pleased with speed of service, however, last night, 10-11-22, it was VERY slow. Granted, I was a walkin,... whereas, others had called in orders, probably b4 me. I ended up waiting almost an hour. NEVER have I had to wait this long.Usually, it is closer to 15 to 20 min. Hopefully, this is a one time occurrence. Read more

Very bad service. Took over an hour for our food. After calling them to ask where our order was, we were kept on hold for 20... minutes while they took other orders. Once our food was delivered they forgot 3 things of our big order. The Man said they woulddeliver the rest. After another hour and a half they switched and refused to give us the food we paid for or a refund on thatfood. Then just hung up. If I could give 0 stars I would. Unprofessional. Extremely rude workers with little ability tocommunicate. If you want a horrible experience. This is the place. Read more

My family enjoys the food from Chinatown kitchen. Our orders are always custom requests, no onion, no veg... we\'re difficult...... the order is correct 9 out 10 and they are quick to fix the order. Regular happy customer since 2004. I recommend the tripledelight! #supportlocal Read more
