I ordered over $50 worth of food at 5:30 last night called after two hours they said it was in route I called again and they... said it was in the oven and then it was in route and then they canceled my order and I tried to order it again today and I hadused a free pizza coupon and they wouldn?t redeem the coupon again so it would actually cost me more to get the order I wassupposed to get yesterday I am extremely unhappy it is my birthday and I can?t even get the food I ordered!!!! Absolutely disgusting. My pizza and stuffed bread were very overcooked. Then when I called TAKOTA the rude a** manager said well... we could send a new one but it'll look the same with a nasty attitude. And didn't even bring my marinara sauce. It was surprisingly very good. The pizza was piping hot and so was the chicken wings and cheese bread. Might have to do this... again soon to make sure that this was not just a fluke. Overall very happy with our order. Read more
Always a great place to order pizza from. So far have never had a problem. Foods hot and the delivery drivers are polite.
Bad service, poorly run store. No customer service experience. Manager? Is he or self proclaimed I'm assuming. Don?t even know... how to talk. Check your order before you leave the store, so that you can throw the pizza in domino?s waste bin. They won?tremake it if something is wrong with your pizza. Quick easy and cheap. Can get a lot of decent food for a low cost and with kids that is always a plus.
