Best pizza I've had. This is our default date night meal. One pizza isn't enough but two is just a bit too much. Left overs are... great so it's a win. Dinner time feels to be more for adults only. Lunch seems a little more relaxed and child friendly. Read more

We were on a road trip from Boston to Vancouver, BC and did a detour just to visit this restaurant. A friend from Chicago told... me that if you are ever in the area that you must try this plan. The restaurant was very busy and we had about a 30 minuteswait. Once seated the service was excellent. They have a wood fire oven and the pizzas that come out of that oven is to diefor. Pizza is one of my favorite food and I've traveled all over the world and to me this pizza is up there as one of the best. Very good restaurant, we will definitely be back. Read more
The taste of europe. An authentic menu with autbentic flavours from Italian cusian. Delicious food and drink with great freindly... service. A little stepp in prices fpr the dishes but it was very fresh ingredients. There is alot of choice from meat tovegitarian options and is accessable to all. Two toilets everyone shares is a little small and the parking is street parking,free after 5pm. Read more

Went to Rotrovo because I was feeling a little bit of Italian pizza and food and oh boy it did not disappoint! The restaurant is... a LITTLE cramped but easy to move around in, very clean and very atmospheric and was attached to this neat little Italian marketthat had cool if not pricy wares! Service was grade A, friendly quick and just overall great! Food was great as well! The freeside bread and oil was tasty if not a little burned while the caprise alad I got was delicious, as was this breaded cheese dishaccompanied with the SINGLE BEST marinara sauce I've has was divine and the pizza was a LITTLE hard to keep together but justas good as the other two! Busy place attached to a store downtown. Lucky we got there at 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon. We ended up getting a table right... away. After 5 pm people were waiting outside to get a table. We had an appetizer and the pizza. They were both pretty yummy withlots of leftovers. Also they had a great beer selection! Read more
I have eaten at Il Ritrovo several times in the last few years. Most recently we had a family lunch. I had baked sea bass, which... came with lentils and broccoli. Another member of the group had mixto de mare (spelling?), which was delicious. Another hadhouse-made taramisu, which we all tasted and was also delicious. Besides being a restaurant, Il Ritrovo sells wine. On the wayout we met the owner, who helped us pick out an inexpensive Italian wine to bring home. Read more
