This location is hit and miss. Order accuracy is poor and never sure exactly what I will get. Today I went through and asked for... bacon and cheese to be added to a chicken sandwich and of course they come pain even though I paid extra. Stopped in with my son's and one of their friend for a happy meal and to play in the play place. The floor was so greasy you... could slide across it, and the play place looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in a while either. The entrance door to the playplace doesn't close tight, so the alarm chirps at random. Read more
I opted for McDonald?s in order to let my grandson play indoors due to the weather. We arrived and placed our order for a small... coffee, a small orange juice, and an order of hash browns. The cashier didn?t look completely confident while taking my order,perhaps she was new. Got our order in a moderately reasonable time frame. After receiving the order we went to the play placeinside McDonald?s, my grandson removed his shoes and proceeded to play. I had the opportunity to visit the restroom in theplayland area and was not impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. It did not look as though it had been cleaned at allin the past 24 hours. As I exited the restroom I then noticed the condition of the floor in the play area. It did not appear asif it had been cleaned/mopped recently either. It seems all they concern themselves with is wiping down the tables andchairs/booths not actually mopping the floors. And with all the things that we have lived through in the past 2 years I wouldthink cleanliness would be a top priority especially in food service industry. Would be hesitant to give a solid recommendationfor this particular McDonalds. Read more
The website says 24 hours. 1. Not true. 2. Frequently closes very early. 3. They close the lobby almost every day before the... posted time. 4. The workers avoid the inside counter, and you can stand there while several workers walk passed you withoutsaying a word. 5. I don't blame the workers for most of it, they are obviously understaffed, but try a little consistency, andstop being rude; it's not always the customers' fault. Read more
Very rude experience! This was during the night shift. I waited quite a while for my food. The drive thru lady apologized for... the wait and I get that it was very busy so I told her it was ok I understand. I took one bite and immediately tasted how cold, dry, and truly dissatisfying this cheeseburger was. I don?t even know what was... going on with the cheese. How do you screw that up? I asked for only ketchup, but of course they added onions too with as littleketchup as possible. The bun was on the verge of being stale, and I just couldn?t eat it. This isn?t the first time the food atthis location has been the worst I?ve ever had. Spent 30$ on this order it?s not suppose to have onions or pickles, however it does. The pickle was sticking to the cardboard... box, an I?m pretty sure the pickle is spoiled? I could have made a better meal with a bowl of ramen. This burger went trash. Inever got the replacement, now this time on 5/7/22 a girl asked if she could help me when I came back with raw food order she?sin Nikie Sandles and no sock she says then she?s off the clock and I asked for a manger on the clock when I asked anothermanger for a refund they had to get another manger (so now 3 people mangers ) they girl who took my order saying that it?s finethat the manger in flip flops and off the clock is just making her food it?s on her it?s fine and yeah, it?s not okay!!! Was in the mood for some burgers so decided to get a delivery from this McDonald's! Can't comment on the location since it was a... delivery but the food was done just like I ordered it and the driver was very good! The food itself was great, from thenuggets, burgers, andfl fries, I enjoyed all of it! No problems, try this McDonald's out if you're close or want a speedydelivery! Pictures are of the food I got!
