Absolutely unprofessional and rude. Got a delivery and the guy who took my order took my order wrong I called the store back and... he told me that's what I ordered that's what was on his screen. I said ok well it's wrong and I'll give u this pizza back and hegoes no u didn't pay for pepperoni.. LIKE CUSTOMER SHOULD ALWAYS BE RIGHT. PERIOD. Your delivery order employee did not have mastery of the English language and was not understandable. I had to repeat my order... and info on payment a number of times. I reminded him to slow down numerous times. I know finding employees is tough these daysbut, a computer could do better. Would reconsider ordering from you again. Travis schimdt general manager completely rude and very disrespectful to every customer that came through door!!! Waited 45... minutes for a doordash order making MY customer not happy. How someone like Travis is even in the position he's in. Blows mymind! If I was the owner of that franchise in sheboygan I would have Travis gone in a heart beat! Honestly hate to even give someone a bad review because I know everyone has off days but I?m not impressed with my delivery... driver. Ordered contactless delivery and popped my head out of the window, just for the delivery man to yell at me that hewouldn?t leave me anything if I didn?t come outside right now. Made me feel uneasy and definitely like I didn?t want to gooutside. Bummer because the pizza was good but I won?t be ordering again with this service. I paid my money I don?t need to beyelled at.
