Had a cup of tar, i mean coffee and it was terrible. It was so strong that even with a bunch of creamer and 5 sugars, it was... still terrible and bitter. The prices are also ridiculous. Read more

I don't want to be a Karen, but this place made me. We are their regular customers through the SB App. Recently, they messed up... my order twice. The first time was my 2-shot frappucino which tasted like Water. I reported to SB for my refund. Today (6/20/22)they gave out my sandwich to the wrong person, and when my bf arrived and asked, they just said Hi and did nothing exceptstanding there looking at my bf. Not until minutes later, another barista came and started doing my order. They made my bf waitfor almost 30 minutes for a 1:25 second reheat sandwich (he was almost late for work)! You guys were my to-go spot. Whathappened? I hope my comment can change something and no one will have the same situation as we did because we will go to anotherlocation from now. Read more
They've never messed up a drink I've ordered once. Super sweet employees. Great customer service. Friendly and helpful, very... comfy atmosphere. Can get busy, but I think that's a testament to how good this place is. I cannot stress how much I love ithere. I hope the employees know how good they do and how appreciated their hard work is. Be nice to them like they deserve,they're trying their best and it shows in the best way possible. Keep it up! Read more
