Service was ok. That's where it ends. Lettuce was brownish in color. My sandwich was folded and cut with a filthy knife,covered... in mayo and other sauces. The knives NEED to be cleaned with soap and water after every use. My "fresh sub" was anything but. It ended up on the wall, and I walked out. Have fun cleaning it up. Read more
Absolutely avoid this subway. Ordered a Chicken Caesar Wrap and the woman had no idea what I was requesting. She stared off... vacantly. She made it completely wrong and I only realized when it was brought home. Wrong cheese, wrong wrap, and missingingredients. It wasn't even wrapped rightly and looks like a sad flop on the plate. Went to grab a quick sub, with a 5 month old sitting in her seat waiting. Not only did it take 25 minutes of standing there... because only 1 of the 2 workers were actually serving customers, the girl making the subs had zero sense of urgency with myyelling baby and a line forming. On top of the ridiculous wait time, she acted as if she was paying out of pocket for allingredients, because she clearly didn't want to grab more. For example, puts one2 inch long splattered line of southwest sauce,because the bottle was near empty. 3 slices of green pepper on a footlong sub. To really set off this pathetic service & breadsandwich, she had long beautiful thick hair dangling over her sandwich making station. The visor was useless. *would give zerostars if possible. Worst customer service ever. I?ve tried THREE times to order something from this lady but she is rude and gets annoyed when... asked about anything, plus is always laying on the food which is unmotivating.I can only buy when the other girl is there.Please avoid this location and even more so if you don't want to deal with racist people acting like they don't understand whatyou say.
