I love coming here for Sunday evening date night with my girlfriend. She enjoys the boneless wings and I prefer bone in. I like... that Buffalo Wild Wings has the best of both worlds. She likes all the spicy combinations and I just like my Honey BBQ. Theyalso have a great bar and super friendly staff. I?ve never had anything but spectacular service here. Missing half our order. Called to speak with Jess, the manager. We were told that our missing stuff was sitting right in front... of her at the restaurant and that it was now our problem. No accountability. Check the receipt we got, no initials, no check, noaccountability. Also no refund of any kind for not getting our paid for items. Read more
The staff here are a complete joke. They say seat yourself at any of the tables in the bar area knowing full well there are no... clean tables to be seated at. After standing around awkwardly for 10 minutes hoping they would bus a table for us the hostessasked annoyed what we where waiting for we told her a clean table she laughed and told us to sit at the bar. I could go on andon with ridiculous staff encounters we have had at this location. Love the food but the management and staff are terrible. Read more
My daughter loves Buffalo wind wings. But everytime we go there is something off.. either service or food.. fries are usually... cold. This last time waitress was going to bring our ice cream for our daughter's birthday and never did. But their burgersare always amazing.. Read more
Been to this location multiple times and the service was mediocre at best but the last two times we?ve had the same server... (Ashley I believe). She is hands down the best server at this location, attentive, personable and very quick with all aspects ofservice. Food was great as usual, Advice?hire more servers like Ashley. Read more
Me and my husband came and ate here a few days ago and had a bad experience. I am not a Karen, but with the experience I had... made me want to be one. The teenagers staff was rude like they own the world. My husband and I sat at a table for 25 mins beforegetting greeted by our server and was given our menus. Food came out on a timely fashion, but our waiter was no where to be seenuntil we were ready to go. Me and my husband had other things we wanted to do, but our waiter was no where to be seen when shehanded us the check, so went up front if those snotty teenagers can check us out and attitude it was from them. Kept being toldto wait for our server only. I had never been at a place where I just had to wait for my server to do everything. Then weproceeded to wait back at the table and was just there for almost 30 mins before our server came out of no where to deal withour bill. Honestly I love the food and all but will not be dinning in again. Never had I ever been to a place where it take atleast 30 mins to get our menus and to just get billed out. Buffalo Wild Wings please teach ur staffs to be on a timely fashion.Including the teenagers staffs to be more professional/polite when it is part of the job to be. I was never rude back and kepteverything friendly and was just treated rudely. No one wants to be treated that way as it is their first experience to dine inat a place. Read more
We ordered food tonight and I couldn't believe any of it, the food wasn't ready until an additional 30 minutes from when the... online order said in would be ready and I swear in all my years, I have NEVER seen this terrible of service. We ordered wings,fries, (which were both extremely cold) and this thing called an all-American burger. I mean, WOW!! absolutely never going hereagain....at least at this location, I can't believe the amount of quality control at this restaurant and how someone wouldthink this was edible. Unbelievable. I dunno... Honestly, we waited 45 minutes for our appetizer to be served to us; the server, Heaven, dodged us the whole... time. We didn't say anything about the wait being kind and understanding of the environment being potentially stressful forher, but got treated as if we were a ghost from a boyfriends past ???? On top of that wait time, was another 15 minutes for ourfood... Food was good, but disappointed they don't have non-dairy option for dips, but offer vegan wings. Read more
