Got the chicken strip basket with gravy. Was told the gravy sauce was out. Employees said they had one gravy sauce after all.... Got home amd the gravy was water down. So disappointed and disgusted. Read more
I love dairy queen. I went with some friends for a quick dinner it was really good. We all had a steak sandwich and FF....... Excellent service, but the tables needed to be wiped down. Most were dirty. It was not busy at all so this should have beendone..... Read more
The girl taking orders in the drive thru on 7/31/22 at 6:00pm was extremely rude! We normally splurge on Falls DQ at least once... a month but thanks to her our money is now helping support Culver?s. Do better! Read more
Currently disappointed. I went in around 6:30 pm for a couple blizzards, there were 3 other people ahead of me, waiting for... their food. I wait at least 15 minutes to order. But I didn't mind, since I know how hectic ice cream places can be on Saturdayevenings in the summer. 6:50 rolls around, the 2 girls behind the counter finally get caught up, and I step up to order. "Sorry,we're closing the dining room early tonight. We're not taking any more orders." There were 2 of us still waiting to order. Theyclosed over 2 hours early for an unknown reason. Hope management steps up their game, otherwise they may run this long-timeFalls favorite and staple into the ground. Read more
Been to this place many times but NEVER has it been this bad, at first when ordering our food it came out at a perfect time and... was very good. Then we went up and ordered ice cream, there was no line and hardly any cars in the drive through, we ordered 2medium blizzards and a triple chocolate brownie. It took 20 minutes of us standing up at the front thinking it would take like 5and we could leave, they gave us the wrong order then when we actually got our order most of the ice cream was good, I hadordered a chocolate brownie extreme and my ice cream tasted freezer burnt. I love Dairy Queen but the service wasn?t the best. Read more
