Pretty average McDonald's. The food is as expected, employees friendly, and the drive thru is fairly prompt. That said, I have... had some problems with the app at this location and today, they got the order wrong - frustrating when you find out after you'vepulled out onto the road. One of the worst McDonald's in Sheboygan County. Stood in the lobby for about ten minutes while the manager and other employees... just kept looking at me, didn't say a word to me. Didn't acknowledge me at all, just kept ignoring me so I left, drove all theway to Sheboygan to a different McDonald's. The service always sucks and the food is always worse. How do u NEVER have hot oreven warm fries!? Today was it for me. Even tho I live across the street, I will never go to this McDonald's again, I wouldrather take the drive to a different one. Only myself and one other car in the drivethru. Ordered a quarter pounder meal. Was told to pull up and that there would be a... wait on my sandwich. Had no issue with that. When they jaded me my bag I started back on my trip. The fries were ice cold andrubbery. You would think if they make you wait for your meal, they could make sure it's all freshly prepared. This is the worst spot. I try to give the chance every time and they fail. Either it?s old fries, messed order or not open when... they should be. SO IRRITATING???? If you don?t want to work ; DONT. It?s not hard to just do the job. I understand there aredays but this is a place of service. I don?t believe customer should have to asks for things fresh like fries. Then, when youasked for it fresh, the answer like it?s a new language. COME ON MAN. I expect more. Also, I?ve came multiple times and askedfor a meal and for a extra burger.
