I come here often. Usually my coffee and bagel are perfect. Sometimes is a miss. Yet I keep coming back. For JOYCE. My QUEEN.... Joyce is the nicest, most down to earth Tim?s employee I?ve ever met. I look forward to talking with her in the mornings as shealways asks about my life (which she remembers) and shares her morning experience. I don't normally review places but today I was annoyed. My service and food were fine, but the lady making the sandwiches today... was in an extremely bad mood, which was just terrible. She was actually swearing out loud about customers who weren't pickingup their orders on time. Not professional at all. Not at all how anyone who works there should be acting. I'm not sure ifsomething happened before I got there to sour her mood but while I was there nothing happened except her bad attitude. Read more
