The atmosphere excellent; the server and staff knowledgeable only IF you ask, at first I felt like I was a bother, but then they... warmed up, and in the end friendly, but didnt offer additional information unless asked. The pours not cheap, $15/5 2oz plasticcondiment cup taste= (a $15 10 oz glass of wine, not ridiculous if in a restaurant, but more than expected for a tasting servedin plastic) the wine is pricey, but not crazy- tho, not sure it's worthy because you don't get a pure taste... and I didn't feel the LOVE & pride in the pourer. Gave only 3? (1?for poor pour presentation in Plastic:( & wine dilution compromise) SUPERdisappointed in getting our tasting being served in disposable plastic cuplets ???? in 2022!) - you pour each taste into yourglass. I saw small glass carafes at other tables, and assumed this was the presentation. 1) the plastic garbage WASTE! (Horrible) 2) I like to go back to resample the small tastings... not conducive here 3) I got a sparkling as one of my pours, and did I mention the plastic cap on the cuplet the wine is served in, is of fast food/ food truck condiment? Well that justspilled out almost completely when I uncapped it... and the bubbles took a 2nd hit when pouring into the glass... 4) you poureach of your tastes into your same glass- leaves no rinse in between, at least that was not offered and I didnt want to be apest, as mentioned above, staff not overtly friendly at the onset- the tastes are small enough that they are "contaminated" inyour glass with no water provided or pour bucket so i made a mess pouring back the one i didn't care for into the plasticcuplet; which may have been a fine wine- but just had all the wrong notes as the description, tasted like mud and dirt, likelyfrom the mixing in the glass...., If a winery is of quality wines, I would think they would serve their wine in the mostcomplimentary way... So no separate glasses or have water rinse at least between the whites and reds... to showo Read more

2 friends and myself went to this establishment on Saturday September 3rd in the afternoon. There were a couple of other people... there when we walked in. One other couple standing at the tasting bar with the server behind the bar. I stopped and picked up 3tasting menus and pencils. Granted the server was with the couple, but never acknowledged us when we walked passed, to a table. The other couple had left the bar, and the server went about her business. I called her from the table and asked if we could doa tasting at our table. She rolled her eyes, but obliged. Not once did she ever come back to us to ask if we had questions, orif we'd like to place an order for food, or even spoke to us period. When we were done, one of my friends went to the bar to payand the server told her it was $47. My friend informed her she was paying for only one tasting. If the server had bothered to doher job, she'd know how payment was actually going to be made.I left a cash payment for 2 on the table. On the way out, my otherfriend stopped to use the restroom. Me and my other girlfriend went to the car; the girl who used the restroom walked out andheard the server talking poorly about us to another worker. Unprofessional in my opinion. I'm not sure this server is fit to bea server. We left saying this place could be better, with better help. Read more

Pulled in unknowingly after my girlfriend and I took a wrong turn, and figured why not stop in? We were immediately greeted by... Heidi and Kay, both of which were sporting huge smiles behind their masks. They were BEYOND friendly, and not the "this is justmy customer service voice" friendly either. Both were exceptionally knowledgeable but neither was ever condescending norexasperated over explaining a thing or two. Super down to earth, genuine people all around as if you're just hanging out at yourwine-making friends house. We sat outside on their gorgeous property under a huge shady tree where another employee named Zachwas diligently waiting on other people, so the two even took our order! and waited on us a bit as well. Terrific service andEXCELLENT wine (we got both flights and we recommend New Dawn if you like a drier red). ALSO a big big shout out to their frozenslushes which were absolutely DIABOLICALLY good. Whatever they're doing down at Sunset Meadows they need to keep it up becausethey're killing it. Will 100% recommend to others, thanks for a bomb time guys ???? Read more

I spent this past Saturday afternoon at Sunset Meadow for a Bachelorette party. Members of the Sunset Meadow staff were amazing.... They were friendly, helpful, and so accommodating of our group even without advanced notice! We enjoyed tasting the hot mulledwine and wine slushies. Everyone found something they liked and we took a few bottles home. The tasting room is cozy and it wasso nice to look out the large windows on a fall day. I highly recommend a visit to Sunset Meadow if you?re visiting theBerkshires. We will definitely be back! Read more

This is yet another gem nestled in the small farm town of Sheffield! Wonderful wines, amazing staff. The wine tasting is so much... fun as well, had the opportunity to try five wines and keep the glass! With indoor and outdoor seating you can be totallycomfortable (I preferred the outside!) You won't regretting stopping here. Read more
