I live 15 mins from this location. It's the closest location to me. 3 different times in a row I've drove here only for them to... be closed 2 of those times with no sign stating that or anything. Didn't find out until I got to the speaker and didn't get aresponse so I looked at the window and it looked empty. The last time I came here which was 2 weeks ago, there is a sign statingthat location is closed. SMH. With the price of gas, I'm tired of wasting my time going there for nothing. Came at 1:45p, August 29th, 2021, store was empty, unlit, pulled up to drive-thru, waited at the speaker, nothing. I know... staffing sucks right now but I looked everywhere I could think of, front door, speakerbox, menu board, drive thru window, andthere was no sign saying "store closed", "out to lunch", or anything to that effect anywhere. Only 2 stars cause the sandwiches are good but delivery is ridiculous. Pizza hut is faster when order 2 pizzas. So sandwiches... shouldn't take 30+ minutes when we are only 3 minutes from the store. "FREAKY SLOW" is more accurate. Read more
The last several times I've ordered food from here it has taken over an HOUR to get my food. I live around 1-2 miles from the... store. Sandwiches should not be taking this long. When I complained to corporate I just get a basic response from the franchiseowner that says "we are working to better this." No bit of compensation or anything. Read more
Order here a lot. Good food but delivery consistently takes close to an hour...I live less than a mile away so definitely not... "freaky fast." Update: Have ordered a few times since this post and have not waited nearly as long! Not sure what changed butit's working! Read more
This place has been closed for about 6 months!!! This needs to be reflected on Google. Do not go here. You'll be disappointed!
