Stopped in today at noon. One person in front of me. The employee working by herself made his order. In the mean time someone... pulled up to the window. After finishing with the person before me she told the person at the window it would be 10 minutesbefore she got to him, then told me she would get to me when she could and started making internet orders. She was very rude!Anyone in the store or drive thru should be taken care of first, then online orders. This is not the first time this hashappened. The woman that works the weekend days here is just the nicest. I keep forgetting to ask her name, but even when the place is... busy and she is stuck there alone she manages a smile. She takes care to make sure everything is correct, but she is fast andefficient. The owner should do something about the flies though. You'd think they were hiding dead bodies under piles ofelephant shik by the number of flies in the place sometimes. Read more
ordered a BLT. The name of the sandwich literally has the ingredients of the sandwich IN the name. BLT. Sandwich had no tomatoes... because I ?didn?t ask for it?. Strange how the woman working didn?t need to be ?told? to put bacon or lettuce on it yet stillincluded both ingredients. Read more
Employee was working by herself and very unfriendly, a vehicle pulled in and she sighed and made a comment under her breath in... disgust, it was 7:45p. I order my sub BMT FL and it seemed like I had ordered something extravagant. The kicker was I went touse a valid subway coupon for $5.99 and she wouldn?t take it. I asked for her to contact a manager, she says no manager and shewon?t answer. This subway employee chose to throw away my sandwich instead of taking a coupon. No signs up stating no couponsand if they run this store this way I?m really surprised they?re still in business. Read more

Ive been coming to this Subway since it opened when I was a kid. I even applied for a job when I was 16 (and got rejected) but... Its been well over 10 years now since the opening and I can still walk in and remember the days I spent here with my friendsduring hot summer days coming from the pier and cold winter nights with the good grace of the employees even after we tracked inmud and snow. I still order the buffalo chicken sub and its still as good as it ever was. Sheffield Lake might not have much butIm proud of our Subway. Read more
I won't go here again! I only eat one sandwich from Subway...black forest ham, egg & cheese. Went there tonight & they no longer... have eggs! ???????? What the? So, if you want egg, don't go here! Also, their flatbread is just plain old white bread, notArtisan as stated. So, I paid almost $7 for some ham with cheese on it! What a rip-off! So much for Subway improving their menu! Read more
