Very beautiful place on the shores of Lake Manitou with breathtaking sunsets. Our room was very spacious and clean. We had... packed utensils for use during our stay but they had provided enough that we didn't have to use ours. One of the best places weever stayed. Read more
We just ate at the restaurant. We?ve been going for years each summer. We had our annual family meal again this year. Mixed... reviews. Lamb and chicken was great, pasta wasn?t. Kids meals came fast but too fast. They were finished long before adults gottheir meals. Pork Medallions was a little light on pork. Desserts were good but one in our party was forgotten and it came muchlater. Staff and owners were friendly but I think some staff really new. Unlikely to continue tradition of annual meal. Read more
An absolute surprise. The owners and staff were amazingly nice and the place looks like Heaven. Very quite, and in the middle of... nowhere. The lac offers the best view. We will definitely go back. The only drawback is that some tenants can get a bit rowdy atnight around the fireplace area, but it usually calm down around 11PM. Our lodge was small but comfy, very clean and wellequipped. Our terrace probably had the best view on the lake (we had the Harbourview lodge, so, duh!). There is equipment forkayaking, rowing, some Pédalo, and even a water trampoline. Very clean, perfect for who?s looking to stay in a quiet place surrounded by the nature, and build memories with the family. Was... very nice for the kids, they had the chance to make some new friends and spend time with them on the trampoline or going onkayak. Close to other attractions such as Cup and Saucer trail and Bridal Veil Falls. Only thing that we didn?t try was therestaurant cause COVID-19, but next wear will open. This resort is a hidden gem! The view from the cottage was wonderfull (actually, it looks like all the cottages have awesome... views) and so many paddle boats/kayaks, life jackets for the kids to use. The cottage itself was very comfortable, and the fullbath was excellent! We usually have issues with running out of hot water for showers, but had no issues with a family of 4. Thecottage and resort was very clean and well kept, plus pet friendly! Communication with the owners was excellent anddetailed. Lots of places to visit, road side stores, look out points, hiking trails, bridal falls, and groceries not too faraway. The price for the weekend was lower than expected, so that was a bonus! 2nd year back and this place is by far the most relaxing environment. Cabins are great size, the attention to detail is... impeccable,the hospitality from the owners is awesome the price is very reasonable. They have canoes and lots of water equipmentto make your stay even more fun. If you have any questions the owners are there to provide answers.i love it I'd definitelyrecommend Red Lodge Resort to friends and family. The resort was good, clean room. Should have shampoo in bathroom. It has a late check in and a very early check out. That l do... not agree with, it was ok for us but it makes your departure like your in a rush. 11 am is much more suitable for most people.Prices were ok, for the dining room considering where your located.
