Good food, staff was friendly, no problems with anyone, the meal was good, washrooms as clean as can be expected, considering... most people will not, nor will I, clean toilets for pigs at $13.35 hr. If customers have an issue, speak to the manager. If youdon't like the response you get well..... eat somewhere else but DO NOT TAKE THIS OUT ON THE PERSON PROVIDING A UNDER PAIDSERVICE TO YOU! I got their new egg and bacon breakfast sandwich and I have to say it's the best one out there. The egg is fresh and tasty. It's... so good I get it regardless of the time of day. I hope they keep it in the menu. Read more

The ferry took forever to show up, when we got there they refused to go through the sail thru. They made us swim in.
My overall experience with this Subway was a great improvement over my last visit. The location is still, unfortunately, not... wheelchair accessible. The walk in entrance was still closed due to Jordan Ferry Terminal being closed thanks to COVID. Theunique sail-thru window was still open thankfully and at high tide it can accommodate larger watercraft due to recent dredgingof the harbour. The customer service was an improvement over my last visit and they were able to fill my custom order quicklyand efficiently. Docking is still hard to find however but I did notice additional construction of a new set of buoy's andfloating dock nearby. It looks like they took my suggestion seriously last time. :) Read more
Upon entering our greeting was "what do you want"? Asked to cut our meatball sub the old way and was told it wasn't how I was... trained before ignoring the request entirely. Associate then proceeded to cough in an annoyed over dramatic fashion into hermask with no effort to move away from the food or turn her head in the slightest. When my partner said that's quite the coughher fellow Associate said "ya gotta cough ya gotta cough"!! At which point when she said "and you"? I walked out. My partnerstupidly and begrudgingly purchased his sub because he was starving,thankful for the mask she was wearing and got mad athimself for not voicing his opinion on the rude service and walking out. Poor cleanliness, employees not in their mandated uniforms. Much less then par service I don't enjoy an attitude when I'm being... served. Though when served by those whom actually don't drench your food in sauce or act like the world owes them everything. Itis an okay experience as long as you get the right person to serve you. Honestly will not go there again unless they step uptheir service and management game. Read more
