Honestly yes the wait is long sometimes but the service makes up for it 100%. Staff is friendly whenever I?ve gone. Tonight,... there was a small issue with my order which Brianne proactively found a solution for and kindly came out and explained while Iwaited. Consistently very slow drive-through. 100% of the time, despite there being no drive-through line, I end up with multiple minute... waits. It shouldn?t take 12 minutes to make a chicken McMuffin that ends up being cold by the time it gets outside and doesn?thave sauce. Brutal. Read more
Don't eat in ... drive through is faster. As well they were picking and choosing who gets there orders. We had to wait 20... minutes to get our order. As you can see by the pics the quarter ponder wasn't finished... missing ingredients. This McDonald'sneeds to pay more attention to customers needs and their employees. Read more
Sandwich was a mess and they do not have refills. Ruined my experience. Garbage is out and unsantiary. Flies all around garbage.... Numerous people on staff not attending. New macdonalds looking like terrible. Looks like this place needs training. I will notvisit again. Get it together Read more
Service seemed great when it first opened, but has declined really quickly sadly. Last week, I had to wait literally 20 minutes... for my food in the drive-thru... not clear why as the order wasn't large or unusual (2 Big Macs, 10 chicken nuggets). Then whenit finally came, they forgot to put the sauce in the bag. Gave it a go again this week thinking it was a one-off. Took a biteinto my Big Mac when I got home... they forgot to add the actual meat. Pretty key part of the burger to forget... Fries werealso borderline tasteless. So glad there is a McDonald's in Shelburne. We shipped at NF and DR then went for lunch. Was it slow yes but it was peak lunch... rush so it was about 10 minute wait for the food. Everything was hot and delicious tho and exactly as ordered. My only complaintis it took 3 to 4 minutes before our order got taken. There was literally no cashier at the front taking orders just peoplecalling numbers for mobile and eat in orders. We were first in line as well. But i get they are short staffed and being Saturdayat noon it was hectic. I will be back ???? Read more
Ordered 2 big mac meals, both had a hair in them. Went back and was given 2 fresh burgers, toppings ordered were wrong...... surprise. There were at least 2 kids for each position horsing around. No management! Talked to a fellow having a coffeewatching the gong show, said it is a daily occurrence that people return orders for various reasons. He himself stood in linewaiting 20 mins for a coffee he had ordered and paid for, they forgot about him. Every new business deserves a shot but thisstore consistently disappoints . Won't be back. Health department needs to pay a visit, hats don't replace hairnets and receiptsthat fall on the floor shouldn't be stuck back on your bag. Still a 1 star. Order bacon and egg bagel, they forgot the cheese. Surprise!! Ordered a McDouble but only received one meat... patty instead of two, that makes it just a Cheese burger. Overpaid! And McDonald's never cares!!! Read more
