Filthy washrooms and terrible service. We kept driving and stopped at a great location in Orangeville. The staff were just... ignoring customers, not taking orders from people. Presumably filling mobile orders but no acknowledgement or service to peoplein the store. No defined area for a line up. Customers just milling about waiting in vain for someone to offer to take theirorder. Hubby waited "in line" while I used the washroom. Doesn't have stuff in stock ever, they don't know what a double-double is because I got them to make me it 4 times and it still... wasn't right. The cashier couldn't care less and proved it by making me repeat myself 3 times for a small order. Overall garbageexperience and I would suggest just going to the Mcdonalds down the street. Read more
There were flies all over the bagels. I asked the server there are flies sitting on the bagels and all other food items and she... just IGNORED that comment and called the next person in line. This place is highly unhygienic and no one cares about that too.:/ Read more
Washrooms are gross and not clean. Looks like only the bare minimum is done. And the cover for the garbage can is broken and... swinging into people trying to wash their hands. The one toilet doesn't like to flush if someone else just flushed. So beprepared to wait there for five minutes to flush it. Better to just use drive through Read more
