The service was very slow. The person that took my order took a long time to take my order and could not punch in majority of... the things I wanted. She had to ask for assistance. As I order 6 drinks and 6 different sandwiches. I only received 4 drinksand I had to tell them I needed 2 more and it took a while for them to figure out what was missing. Ordered cream cheese bagel with tomato, and got no tomato in there. Good quality food otherwise. Nice quick drive thru, newer... location, friendly service. Quick stop on the way to the lakes and resorts. Read more
Terrible customer service! Not being familiar with Tim's chicken wraps I clearly asked drive thru for one that was not spicy. I... got one totally covered with spicy sauce. When I asked Schell the manager to replace it she refused to do it without paying foranother. After a lengthy discussion I left the wrap and walked out. They made a mistake and wouldn't correct it. Won't be goingback and suggest both the drive thru attendant and the manager receive better training. Read more
Horrible service. Me & 4 other cars sat at the speaker for 5 mins with zero service. They never have any food available (donuts,... chicken, steak ect)...very unorganized I've worked at Tim Hortons in ON to AB for the better part of my life... I'm currentlylooking for work & live 8 mins away from this store but, I would go insane with how slow employees work, unprofessionalemployees are & how unorganized the entire store is. Tim Hortons has a time limit every morning from 6am-10am(rush hour - timefrom speaker, to window & gone) which is a "contest" across Canada every year...this store will never be in the top 100, letalone the top 3 in Canada with how this store runs. Terribly managed. Trainee?s left on their own in the front of house with no oversight or assistance when they got overwhelmed.... Customers waited longer than 15 minutes for simple orders made at the kiosk or counter. Drive thru staff could care less abouthelping out. Manager made poor excuses and didn?t offer help to overwhelmed trainee. Worst experience I have ever had at aTimmy?s. I feel sorry for the new staff trying to figure it out on their own. Read more
This tims is one of the most peaceful, at home feeling tims i ever been to. The staff are super nice and the food is better than... alot of the other tims I have had. Would definetly go again! Read more
