The eggplant parmesan is delicious! Thick slices cooked just right, crispy and cheesy on the outside, creamy on the inside.... Served over perfect pasta with yummy red sauce. Amazing! Read more
Best pizza in Chittenden County! I'm adding to my earlier review! Cucina is so much more than pizza and I would add to that... review that the pizza is exceptional. But even more than that, Cucina is a full menu Italian restaurant. The homemade meatballsare delicious! I've tried almost all of the sauces and love them all. The salads are amazing especially the Greek and BrownSugar Roasted Almond. Right now they're featuring Key Lime Pie among other dessert choices. It's the best I've ever had -really! Everything on their menu is delicious. The pizza is amazing. The beef bourgenion is the absolute bomb! The mozzarella garlic... knots are to die for. Definitely a must stop restaurant if you're in the Champlain Valley area. Read more
OMG the food here is off the charts good. There is literally NOTHING on the menu that isn't spectacular. Notably the mozzarella... garlic knots are to die for, the pizza is insanely good and the beef bourginion (sp?) is the best dish we've had in a very longtime. It is absolutely delicious. Do yourself a favor and eat here, OFTEN. We are so happy to live nearby. Read more

Wonderful dinner to celebrate our 18th anniversary! Chelsea and Mike were wonderfully accommodating to my dietary needs. I... really enjoyed the baked ziti with shrimp, prosciutto and artichoke hearts. My husband really enjoyed his braised beef withpierogies. Can?t wait to go back and enjoy the winter menu. Read more
