Been here twice now and enjoyed it both times. Service has been good and it's all solid bar food. Brunette was huge and... delicious as well. Beer selection is a little small but also reasonably priced. Plenty of cocktail options as well. If you canget a seat by the window there are nice views of the Bridge of Flowers while you eat. The wife and I were sight seeing in the Shelburne Falls area so we decided to stop in and get a drink, and a order of Pub... nachos. After the first bite we both looked at each other and said...these were the best nachos we have ever had! Good portion,good price, very friendly waitress, nice atmosphere! Travellers, this is a solid American pub in shelburne falls near the bridge of flowers. The restaurant is lovely inside and the... people working there are very pleasant. The retro cocktails are big fun. The whiskey sour was delicious. Both sweet and sour.Right from my childhood. The chowder is delicious and well balanced. The goat cheese strawberry salad was delicious and large sothe soup and salad made a nice meal. The citrus salmon entree was well cooked but overall it is too sweet for me. This is the first review I have written about anything. The West End Pub was the perfect place to eat. The food was astonishing ... and the atmosphere was cozy. The staff were very friendly and polite. I would highly recommend anyone in the area .. stop in andhave a meal. It'll change your life. Read more

Great customer service, quaint little place overseeing the river and flower bridge, local beer selection, nice cocktails and... decent wine menu. They are known for their burgers so I had to have their breakfast burger. The burger was delicious on its ownbut we walked a lot and I was hungry? asked for avocado they had guacamole, which I ordered on the side and instead of fries Iopted for onion rings. Put both the guac and an onion ring in/on my burger and it was delicious ????. Had their local Pale Ale???? it was really really light and delicious. The view was great. The waitstaff were super friendly and helpful and sopleasant. They have a kids menu and portions are great incase you have 11 year olds like we did. The food was enough. There isonly one restroom and it reminds me of what a bathroom on a wooden boat would be it is spacious and just adds to the charm ofthis place. Read more
We came in after a long day out with two hungry and tired kids and no reservations. The staff at the west end pub were so... welcoming and accommodating. They made room for us on the bar and took great care of us. The food was very good, with somethingfor every one, even good vegetarian options! Read more
Very nice but small pub on the river. Great unique amosphere. Would make reservations or be prepared to wait, at least on the... weekend. Ordered the fried whole belly clams, was a bit skeptical ordering clams in Western Mass having lived in the cape for along time, but they were spectacular and the sides as well. Truly impressed. Also had a fried chicken sandwich at our tablewhich was great, will definitely go again. Read more
