This place was a gongshow. No bread, half the toppings, and some of the sauce empty. The person taking my order was spaced out... and asked me every 15 seconds or so what I wanted again. When he discovered the mayo was empty he disappeared to the back for 5minutes searching for more. His partner working even thought that was nuts. It took 25 minutes for them to produce 4 6?sandwiches. Will do my best to avoid this place moving forward. 1 star is generous. Read more

Whoever is running this store either needs to be replaced or start teaching there employees not only proper food safety but also... how to make a sandwich correctly, also how to measure the bread before you cut it. Im paying for a 6" not a 4" The store wasn'tbusy and the food prep counters were disgusting. I would choose the Conrad subway over this one any day ! Read more

Let me start by saying, of all the subways we have been to, never have we had an experience quite like this. The two gentlemen... behind the counter didn't seem to know where they were working. Just as you thought they were done scooping piles of meat ontoyour sub, they'd add another. Could we understand half of what they were saying? No. Was the sandwich toasted and warm? Barely.Did we have to pay for all our food? Nope. We paid for one sandwich, we got everything else for free. We wanted to pay for theremaining food that hadn't been rung up, but they said we didn't have to. While they were making our order, they had a pizzadelivered which I assume they ate in the back in the kitchen. 10/10 would come again for the free food & chaotic experience. Read more

Used the SW App to order and they did not ?pay attention? to the details of the order! We pre-paid, picked up and left as my... wife dropped me off at the train station to go with my sandwich, and she took hers home to have later for dinner. Come to findout later at home and on the train? her 6-inch Outlaw became a 6-inch Beefmode with jalapeños and my footling Beefmode became afootling Outlaw with cucumbers. She can?t do heated jalapeños and chipotle sauce and I hate cucumbers? thus destroying our mealand have long gone from the Shelby Subway to do anything about it. And yes we did recheck the order on the app, it?s black &white that we ordered a footling Beefmode and a 6-inch Outlaw! How did they screw this up?! Really! My wife couldn?t even eatwhat I picked out, and I bared through hers. Very disappointed! Another note, the cashier did not wear the proper Subwayuniform? she wore pajama pants with a tank top, totally look unprofessional and not representative of the Subway franchise.Granted I understand she is pregnant and wants to be comfortable, I understand that? but she could find something morecompromising to the Subway uniform that would be acceptable. Point is if you order multiple sandwiches on the SW app from theShelby MT location, check your sandwiches before you leave. Read more

The 1st time I walked into this Subway it was set up very nicely with fresh products. But with a change of employees the last... time I ordered the bread was ALL hard and stale. He even suggested I have the white bread instead cuz it wasn't as hard. It allended up in the garbage as I was bummed its suppose to be FRESH!! I decided to try again later but this time there was moldytomatoes in the bin. I mentioned it to the server but he ignored me ick! Read more

The servers were friendly. The store looked very clean. The prices were not outrageous. The sandwiches were made to order and... they were spilled sufficiently. The soup tasted good as well. There were public restrooms that customers could use. Plenty ofparking in the parking lot. I believe they also had all of the items available in the store that were on the menu. The sandwichartist was kind and patient to a customer who was not a native English speaker. The sandwich artist was able to make sure thecustomer got everything on their sandwich that they wanted. It's always nice to receive great customer service and witnessothers receive great customer service as well. Read more

A little bit about me, I spend an incredible amount of time on the road covering Montana. You name the town pump And I've been... there and had a corn dog or two. So I have some experience having fast food across Montana. I hate to say it but I've had muchbetter, and I hope this helps them improve what they're doing. Being greeted with a half legible handwritten sign telling peoplenot to loiter is kind of funny. I appreciate the fact that you do not want people to come and sit around filling up the placebut it looks like it's mostly empty most of the time. parking lot is kind of hard to access and the parking spaces are terriblefor anyone with a large vehicle/rv that might be bringing in tourist traffic. The bathroom was clean and I appreciate that. Thelayout of the business is not conducive to social distancing or normal flow, And you have to weigh through any other customersto get to their start point or walk past any occupied tables that are pretty much hip wide apart. Now to the food, I ordered thesteak and cheese melt which proclaims that it will have melted cheese this was not the case. And though the employee seemed toact like it was very hot when I finally took a bite into this thing not only were my cheese slices not really melted together inany way shape or form but they were cold in the middle. I simply wanted it to be known that there's a lot of room forimprovement. Read more
