This place always disappoints. Waited 15 min in drivethru for them to say they?re out of biscuits. Very rudely. If you?re out of... biscuits why not let the 10 cars in line so we don?t waste our time. Every time I?ve been here they are rude or the food isstale. Just drive to the boiling springs location. Food was nice and fresh. They had me pull up from the drive-thru window. Said they would bring it out. Didn't take but a couple... minutes and tasted like it come straight off the grill. My wife had a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and I just had a side ofscrambled eggs and bacon. Read more
Terrible service! The lady who took our order was extremely rude and nasty. I felt like I was inconveniencing her. We also... ordered a family box with a half gallon of sweet tea as we are eating in the car while traveling. I asked to have four cups andshe said I could not have any cups. Worst experience at a fast food establishment I have ever recd in 50 years of life. These employees are the rudest you can find... in America. One star is too generous. After waiting an hour in the drive thru, half of the order was missing and don't dareask for those missing items. The owners must be rich to allow this kind of service. Read more

When I was speaking with the women on the speaker she came off very rude even as I proceeded with yes ma?am and no ma?am she had... a rude tone. When I received my food which was suppose to be a 4 piece tender combo I was handed what seems to be just left oversmall pieces put into the box instead of tenders. I also did not receive my sauce.
