Strange location. It's located on thr backside of a run down old shopping mall. There must be a restaurant inside the mall and... they're operating a drive through via the backdoor of the mall. Clever operation. Staff were friendly but my shake container wasmessy and it was just plain hard to find off the main road. Read more
They are always very friendly... I love the parfaits. My only issue is sometimes when ordering I ask for extra granola and I ask... if they got it... they say yes only to get home and it's not... so just make sure you check for add ons. The food is alwaysfresh and good ! Read more
This is the one at the mall. I arrived there to get my order and they argued with me that it had already been picked up. I knew... it hadn't. They finally did fill my order. I prefer the Chic fil A by Walmart. Read more
I love Chick-fil-A but I haven't been there in a while when I was at Lincoln medical in Lincolnton North Carolina we used to... have Chick-fil-A come by and service once in a while here I'm at Kings mountain hospital in Kings mountain and they don't dothat here at least not to my knowledge every time we get something it's something from the nutrition down that dietary wherethey fix food I've never seen Chick-fil-A come by here or any other place come by here and give us free food Read more
I was so glad to see Chick-fil-A at the Cleveland Mall has opened a drive-thru! It's at the back of the mall to the left side.... Rachel greeted me with a smile and superior service. I will definitely be using this drive-thru for amazing food and excellentservice! Read more
This Chick-fil-A does not have a drive-thru and it's in a mall but they do have like a drop off driving kind of you order it and... then somebody carries it out to you. They are very friendly and are very efficient. Read more
