Let's get the positives out of the way first. I had one of their Grand Slam breakfasts. It was pretty good, with cheddar... scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausage, and a biscuit (possibly the smallest biscuit ever, barely larger than a dollarcoin). Good coffee, refilled frequently. Clean restaurant and rest rooms Now the negatives. I waited to be seated nearly 15minutes, even though there were plenty of empty tables. Even after being seated, it took about 10 minutes before a waitresstook my order. And, another 10 or 15 minutes before my meal was brought to the table. It took a while to get a spoon for mycoffee, and even though I asked for butter or margarine, none was ever provided. They appeared to be understaffed, with only acook and two waitresses on-site. And, I stood at the register for 5 minutes or so, waiting to pay my check. I'd like to thinkit was just a bad day. I'll still come back in the future. Read more
It's Denny's what's not to love. Food is always good. The staffing has gotten way better. The manager was even making their... rounds asking if things were to our liking. Waitress may have been new, and after asking if they had an item I didn't see on themenu, and she was unsure, it was brought out to me later. Which I appreciated. The attention to detail was nice. Went to breakfast with my grandmother and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was excellent and everything came out in a timely... manner. But above all, the service was top notch, 10/10. A big thank you to our waitress Nikki, if y'all come up here, be sureto ask for her. She's attentive, polite, and overall very sweet. She made the morning even better! Read more
We went out to sit down and eat breakfast together. When we got our food they forgot the gravy and then they tell us that they... don?t have any breakfast gravy. The hashbrowns were cold and not cooked all the way. I tried them with ketchup which didn?thelp. Then the lady comes back says he made some gravy and brought it out and more hash browns so i can put my gravy on them andthey were also cold and not cooked all the way. The only thing that was hot was the babies food. A huge waste of our time andmoney! The only thing we ate was the cold biscuit, a couple bites of egg and he ate his grand slamwich which he said was ok. Read more
Amanda, Amber, the gentleman in the kitchen were excellent. We were greeted immediately, seated and given recommendation on what... to order. Amanda was keeping up with all of the tables, taking orders, bringing drinks and food and staying on track what whoneeded what. Amber cooked all of the food and it tasted excellent! I was even given a free birthday dessert when I told Amanda Ihad a birthday coupon from the dennys app. We were provided excellent customer service. This crew of 3 was going the work ofmany and doing it very well! I plan on returning to this location. And I recommendation others visit as well. Read more
We came on 7/30. To our surprise, kids got to eat free and they were having activities for kids. Our 8 year old loved getting... his face painted! The food was great too. The burgers were cooked perfectly and had so much flavor! Will definitely be comingback! Read more
We came at the perfect time for kids...face painting, balloons, cupcakes and kids eat free!! Our server Amanda was very... personable, attentive and sweet! The food was good. It took a little over 30 minutes for it to come out. The 2 waitresses weren't great. 1 was eating while... walking around. The other talking loudly on a personal phone. Both touching their hair, face ect.. Never saw anyone wash theirhands. We weren't checked on often enough. I could continue but overall just unprofessional. That being said unfortunately thatseems to be the case almost everywhere now. Read more
