Cashier at drive-in was very rude. Not the first time. Seems she doesn't like her job very much. Maybe she should consider a... career change or maybe she'll dealing with a bad spirit. I recently have had to rely on this establishment to furnish me with my daily bread. I look forward to my mornings there after... being in the hospital with my wife all night, the drive through operaters are the best in Cleveland, and the food is from thevery top shelf, and served so hot you can barely eat it. Breakfast is on their game every time. Just stopped in for lunch just some burgers. One with only ketchup and one with no... mustard. They gave a burger with only mustard. Mustard is the one thing I cant just take off of the burger.. And they didnt evenget the drinks right. Lunch crew is slack compared to morning crew. Read more
Food was cold. Cashier had literally no personality. Even when I was overly nice to her, saying please and thanks? nothing. No... thank you, your welcome, no smile, literally nothing. Tried not to give me a straw but I noticed right before she shut thewindow, so I said I need a straw, which is normally where anyone would have said oh I'm sorry... Oh not her. The receipt saysthe cashiers name is trinity, she looked I have kind of short dark brown or black hair kind of wavy. The food was warm enough tobe edible so I didn't go back into complain, I would just like to recommend that you encourage your staff to see if you pleaseand thank you's and make sure people are good before you shut the window. I visited the Shelby location. The food was good and the staff were very efficient. Shelby is my favorite Hardee's.
