The dinning room door was open. We stood at the counter.. For a while to find out " Closed?! Then go to drive and they turned... the lights out on the sign. The service at this store is not consistent. There are days the staff members are polite and respectful. There are days they... are ratchet, slow, and act as though they hate their jobs. The most disconcerting part of the experiences, I am uncertain as towhether I want to eat the food. It's possible that this store needs a whole new staff, management included. They definitelyneed to be retrained! Someone needs to check into the customer service and food preparations. Read more
This whole experience was a FAIL. The chicken I purchased was barely cooked, extremely fatty and tasted old. The meat wasn't... seasoned and as the pictures share, their wings are poor quality, and veiny with barely any meat on them. The breast Ipurchased was tasteless and I couldn't eat it because of the lack of flavor and the fact that it was under-cooked. They didn'thave enough wings for my order and rudely assumed that they could substitute two tenders in place of the two of the wings Iordered. Verona's wings are exquisite and both Ingles (Fallston, Dixon) offer better fried chicken options at their hot bar. Additionally, when I explained how poor the quality of the food was to the staff they acted nonchalant and apathetic to myconcern. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Read more
Pictures say it all. Haven't been to KFC in months cause of bad food. Ex.. Hair in food, chicken burnt and hard. I give them... another chance and what do I get?? A fly in the potatoes. This was at 8:14pm and I almost lost my lunch. Called the DistrictManager and he offers to replace my food. REALLY???? You really think I wanted more food from there. I WILL NEVER EAT THEREAGAIN.
