We ordered and my husband thought I was finished ordering, I wasn't so they said drive around and we will add what you needed... on, as soon as we got to the window we were asked if we ordered ( someone else dinner ) then once they got that figured out, wetold the woman that we needed to add on to ours as soon as we told her that we wanted one 12 piece chicken nugget meal and a 5piece she looked at us and said next time yall are going to have to...... she didn't finish her sentence so we drove off bc ofthe rudeness... we would of been okay coming in to order or driving back around if only asked since it was our screw up....People need to stop being so rude and Lear to control their tongue. Told the staff they were a whole lot nicer than Bojangles on Hwy 74. They said they great that a lot, lol. Also told them I will... drive all the way from Polkville to pick up food from KFC and pass up Bojangles every time. Food is always good and I reallyliked the liver dinner. Read more
They have the BEST fries! So good! I love the crispy, flakey breading and they are always fresh every time I order them. The... large size is a HUGE portion. Honestly two people could share them. I always get a large because they are just that good! Waybetter than the wedges they use to have in my opinion. Read more
Sides, tea and biscuits were fabulous. 4 of the 12 pieces of chicken were old, hard and inedible. Even the cat wouldn't eat it.

I was there at lunch time. I went I to the lobby no one was at front counter. A person was at the drive through register I... stood at the front they never looked at me. That person just looked at their cell phone. I made my phone ring so they could hearit. A young girl came out of the office and asked me if I needed something. I say I wanted to order food. So she went to theperson looking at their phone. That person told her I had to come to the drive through. I show her my rollback truck told themit wouldn't fit through drive through. The girl walk back over to person looking at phone . Them that person told her I had towalk around the building to get my food. I went outside and lefted. The person at drive through never looked up from theirphone.i was the only person at KFC it was lunch time . No customers. Read more
12-8-22 The management seems to have it going on. He is very attentive. Even one of the staff, who was cleaning tables, asked if... we needed anything! I thanked the manager for them all being there. So nice to eat inside. Read more
