I pulled up to order food and all staff was outside and apparently the lights weren't functioning properly because it was dark.... I seen 3 yes 3 employees outside. I put my window down and asked if they were open and Noone responded so after the third timeasking they stated they were OPEN. Well one of the employees walked in and went straight through the back and never witnessedthem washing their hands and whomever was in there by themselves was doing all the work while everyone else was on vacationapparently ???? This is such a sad world we live in ppl in fast food don't care how they treat customers or possiblecustomers. So after sitting in parking space a minute I continued watching inside and decided it was best if I took my businesselsewhere and wound up at Pizza Hut and very satisfied.. We have been to the one in Shelby 3 weeks in a row. And have been told they are not selling anymore crazy bread. And this is at... 830 pm. The lobby was full of waiting people. Several people behind me walked out. I thought it was called HOT-AND - READY.. IWILL NOT BE BACK. VERY RUDE PEOPLE WORKS THERE...I have seen them come in from smoking and not wash their hands as well. Themusic is way to loud. Read more
Ordered fanceroni online. Got here 30 mins later pizza not ready. Staff not friendly at all seems to be arguing with each other.... It's be 55 minutes since I ordered pizza STILL Waiting. Can't get money back so have to wait! NEVER AGAIN! Read more
Worst service!! The two women working up front are full of racism and terrible customer service. There was an extremely long... line of people waiting for their orders placed almost an hour ago. But when a woman of the same color as her walks in she givesher food from someone elses order so she can be taken care of quicker. Also they fill the pizza portal before taking care of allthese orders in front of them. They are very slow and very rude and the pizza wasnt even worth the wait. Very thin, poorly cutand dripping with grease. It was so awful, never going back again and i wouldnt recommend to anyone. If i could give 0 stars iwould. People will often go get a pizza and drive down to the other part of the parking lot and eat, especially on rainy nights. Their... garlic butter is decent though I actually prefer the garlic butter from Papa John's. There are many times it takes up to an hourto get something to eat. The staff are fantastic, but as you can see from the other reviews there have been bad experiences. Ihave gotten two bad pizzas in the last several months. Ordered online. Got to the store, and found a group of about 10 customers waiting in line. They were trying to give people the... wrong food. Had a table in the back covered with boxes of pizza, and seemed to have no idea what went to which customer. Severalof the other customers had been waiting over an hour (up to one gentleman who had waited an hour and a half.) The manager had noidea what was going on, and when I ask for corporate's phone number he didn't know it, and didn't know where to locate it. The"chubby" woman giving out food was EXTREMELY rude with people. Even after being told our order was next...they gave out 4-5other orders first. One man had waited over an hour for just 2 cheese pizzas. There was no explanation given to customers, noapologies for the delay...just rudeness. We will spend our money at Papa John's or Dominos from now on! After being a LittleCaesars customer for 25 years, I will not go back again. Read more
