I ordered online. 8 entrees and 4 baskets of fries. 3 sandwiches had special requests. None were made as ordered. I didn't get a... single sauce or condiment that was ordered. The fries were cold and unsalted. Service was friendly, and she did apologize forthe long wait. It's pointless to offer custom options, if no one plans to read or follow them. Read more
Took over 40 min for the food to be done. We ordered curbside and still had to go in to get the food because of the wait. The... bag was loaded with the food we ordered it ripped down the side walking to the car. They did notnhave any fries to replace theones we lost when the bag ripped so we paid for food we did not get. Never going there for supper again. Stick to lunches. Read more
This McDonald's has great service, fresh food and I've never had a long wait. I just started going after the new owner took... over but I've had a great experience every time. Read more
Every Big Mac I ate there in the last two years have been cold. Are y'all trying to save on power by making them cold or what.... Because other locations provide hot Big Macs. Read more
Terrible I ordered a double quarter pounder.. it was cooked with the paper still between the meat and when it was took back ... I guess they didn't like that.. So they gave me one soaked in grease literally running off the sandwich an mustard dipping offgot all over my shirt .. throw it in the trash an left... Wasn't going back again cause who knows what they would do to the nextsandwich ... Very disappointed an would never go back an wouldn't recommend it to anybody ... Do better Read more
Ordered a Double Qtr pounder, it still had the paper on the meat, took it back and the manager was nice and had them make a new... sandwich, but it was saturated in mustard and grease!!! Wouldn't recommend this McDonald's again! Read more
I was very impressed this morning and I just gotta say "wow!" At first there were a lot of cars but the drive thru moved... swiftly. The employees at the window were polite and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised with my hashbrown this morning. It washot and fresh like it had just come out of the kitchen! The chicken biscuit was really good too! I'm not sure if it is becauseof new ownership but I am happy to see such a positive change in the employees and the food. Good leadership can make or break ateam and this morning I saw so many smiling faces! Looking forward to returning :) Read more
