Husband & I were traveling and had expressed how we would LOVE to have a Ruby Tuesday salad. We did not google to see if one... close by. Within 5 miles we saw a sign & turned in quickly. What a wonderful experience from the fresh salad to the excellentattention to every detail by Mark our server. . We will be returning to THIS location in Shelby on our way back home. Mark even told us about the So Connected deals & got us signed up. Thank you to all the behind the scenes employees also that work hard infood prep to make sure that everything is fresh and tasty! Food Treats for Me at Ruby Tuesday- Shelby! So far the food is delicious, Tacodilla with side of mashed potatoes and grilled... shrimp are my gobble-downs for today! I am hungry? yet will remark when food good or bad! Today Great and Service great too!Server provided her experience with Tacodilla?. Went with it and food-fully- happy! Service professional and pleasant andtended to without it seeming like I need to rush! Highly recommend for a Dine- In! Gracie is an awesome bartender/ waitress! She is very, Very friendly and organized. Alexis is just a bundle of fun with... personality oozing out of her! She was waitressing the nights I was in there and I heard her offer help to her fellowco-workers numerous times. Both employees Rock! Read more
We sat at the bar and order drinks. After that we figured out they were very short staffed so we could not order food for at... least 30 minutes. Had I known that I probably would have gone somewhere else but I had already ordered drinks so we stayed. Thebartender was fantastic and we didn't have to wait quite 30 minutes. Ordered here tonight through doordash. The food was hot and fresh, but the ribs were a bit tough and chewy. Definitely needed to... be cooked longer. I ordered a full rack and could only eat one half because they just weren't cooked all the way. I also orderedthem with Hickory Burbon sauce and my ribs were hardly sauced. I've ordered from here several times and I always get the ribs.Usually never have this issue, but tonight's order was a bit disappointing taste wise. The ribs are expensive as expected butalso as expected if I'm paying for something then I want it to be great and I want to be able to eat it. Not all bad I did get acarrot cake and that was absolutely amazing! Just wish I'd gotten something other than ribs such a waste. Read more
The food was good but the service and the work environment were not. It was difficult to talk to my husband because the staff... was out of control. There was a female employee that was ridiculously loud and having unprofessional conversations at ourexpense. I couldn't identify who was the manager or who was the servers because no one was correcting them. I would say they butthe young lady had her friends come in to eat at the bar and they were so loud our focus was not on conversating at the table,or the 5 TVs up above but on watching them. At one point this employee was counting down her register; she and a gentleman fromthe kitchen were talking about stealing and that she had a firearm to protect her if someone tried to come for her. The overallappearance of the staff was also not appropriate for a workplace. These ladies look as if they rolled out of bed and came towork. This was not a safe environment to work in or guess. It took everything in me not to say anything but my husband saidlet's just eat and get back on the road. Very displease that this behavior is acceptable. Read more
Not the best experience... the first dosh I tried was the shrimp pasta dish which the noodles were not done and not much... seasoning. The next dish I tried was the Wings which were okay minis the thick drum sticks were cold and not cooked properlyeither. One positive tho was the server was great. She checked on me and she replaced the first order and was polite the entiretime. Read more
We had the endless garden bar! Was very fresh and full of wonderful choices, we do miss the crusty cracker bread though! So... happy that you brought back the nut toppings and crasins are my favorite, and the new honey mustard salad dressing is a plus! Read more
