My mother has not gotten a paper for the past few days. Tried to contact over the weekend but of course no one was there. After... a long wait I finally got a rep on the phone on Monday. I could barely understand the rep and got the feeling i was wadting histime. He was very rude and I concluded the call with no confidence the issue will be resolved. they are sending a letter for a subscription to a dead lady. If I don't respond to them they are going to send her the... newspaper anyway! I tried the number on the letter and got a person in the Phillipines. I find it funny that on the websitethey have a section for buy local, yet their customer service is off shore. They refused to send me to a US agent. I was gointto fax them the letter with a note that she is dead. No fax number. No anything. Read more
