I called at 7pm and the person answering said Substation 2...I told them I needed to place an order and was asked to hold... please.. after about 7mins they returned to the phone and when I told them I needed to place an order the person answering thephone asked someone else if they could take a call in. I was then told they were not taking anymore call ins. I called back tosee what time they closed since I was going to have to go there to order. I was shocked when they said 8:30. An hour and a halfbefore closing time they were not taking anymore call ins. Makes no sense to me. Even in places where the food has to be cookedthey don't stop taking call ins that far ahead of closing time.....Needless to say we won't be doing business there anymore. Ialso have a hard time believing the owners of the place would agree with the no call ins the last hour and a half til closing. Alot of subs could be sold in a hour and a half. Read more

Didn't like the Pita Bread for a sub. Will try something else next time. Staff courteous and service was quick. 10% discount... for paying cash.???? Read more

Rarely do I leave reviews, only when the service was horrible or completely amazing. I wanted to go out of my way to show my... gratitude and appreciation to their new worker Calvin. He really took his time and effort making my sub perfect. He communicatedwith me, offered extra toppings on the side, and even gave us two pickles each. He smiled, laughed, and radiated the kindest,gentlest energy I've seen. To see a stranger take such care and importance on making a sandwich for another stranger... Makesme wonder just how loved and cared for his family and friends are.. That inspires me so much!. I wish you the BEST of luck inyour future endeavors Calvin, and congrats on Employee of the Month.. Called for almost an hour. When finally got a answer at 7:12 was told that they don?t take phone orders after 7. My husband... explained that we had been calling for a while and the phone should be put on the hook . The girl stated rudely that it was onthe hook and hung up on him. I realized that the restaurant may be busy( have worked in them before) but if a phone is busy forclose to one hour maybe you need more than one line and friendlier staff. Read more
