I usually don?t leave a review, but this one is worth posting. I purchased a nibberlz meal and some fried pickles. Pickles were... fried to hard, so I couldn?t eat them. Nibberlz bread was hard, I called and expressed my concern. In speaking with themanager, she told me the kind of breading they cook the pickles in, that?s expected. Which floored me, because how is it thatyou continue to serve them, knowing they are not fit to eat. Furthermore, when I told her the bread was hard, she said in order to replace them, I had to bring the food back. I didn?t have a problem bringing the food back. I didn?t feel like driving back,food should have been correct the first time. So I cut my lost and decided to leave a review, so people please make sure yourfood is right before leaving. Has been telling longer to get through lines. Food hasn't been hot or as good lately. Both drink orders were wrong last time

Absolutely worthless staff. Disgusting dining area. Put in an online order to be ready at 12:55. It wasn?t even started at 1:40.... I was told it would be ready in a ?lil bit?. When I asked how long a ?lil bit? was, she said ?I really don?t know??trash binsoverflowing?and every single staff member didn?t have not an ounce of hustle or urgency or customer service courtesy when theline inside was to the door and drive thru line was wrapped around the building. I had to park in the former Zaxby?s parkinglot. Hire all new staff and you might redeem your eating establishment. Bc it?s HORRIBLE. It was better before a smallerbuilding was built and social media declared Zaxby?s racist? All the other one star reviews that mention the food is good?you?reright, it is. Ordered through doordash. Always order here through doordash and the food is always great, hot and fresh! I always order extra... sauces and they are always in the bag. Which usually isn't the case ordering through doordash. Read more

For the last two times I've been there through the drive-thru I was told everything was in the bag. Even when I asked is... everything in the bag the people at the windows say yes sir. And both times I've had to go back in because my order wascompletely wrong and everything was not in the bag. I actually ordered boneless wings and when I opened the box it was asandwich. The new building is great, but the food was very bland. My fries didn?t have any seasoning on them, my toast was not toasted,... and my wings were dry with no sauce on them. I love Zaxby?s, but definitely not impressed with this location. Read more
