Arby's is fine, but usually feels heavy. The food is decently good compared to other fast food restaurants, but is very dense.... Their shakes, fries, and bronco berry sauce are the best things on the menu. Shakes still taste real, compared to a sludge thatMcDonald's offers in recent years. Fries are seasoned well and are curly so that's fun. And the sauce is sweet and tangy, with aslight heat to it. Goes well with fries, chicken, and even a dip for roast beef sandwiches. Mozzarella sticks are leagues betterthan most other fast food places (burger king). I eat here from time to time but usually isn't a first choice pick. Read more
Temperature of the food was hot enough. No ice tea available for the lobby. Not really clean.
Worst dining ever? As soon as I walked in I was fed up. The employees were out smoking and the entire time I was eating one of... the employees daughters were recoding TikToks which I was in the background of and she did not bother to move somewhere else thewhole time. They do not have touches page which is preaggravating but manager took care of it so I'm pretty thankful for their good service
Don't Order the 2 for $5. Fish Sandwich any more this season. I brought back the 2 sandwiches and the employee told me that... the fish should have been gone weeks ago and now it has freezer burn. He said he tries to tell everyone not to buy the fish.I wish I would have talked to that employee before my purchase. Shelby Oh store. Read more
