3rd time there and they continue to disappoint! Had to repeat order several times and I didn't receive what I paid for. Called... restaurant and the manager refused to speak to me. They over charged us and then did not give us what we ordered. Only got 7 pieces in an 8 piece bucket. Ordered original but got... some original and some extracrispy. The chicken tasted burnt and definitely not what we wanted. Asked for a bowl of mashedpotatoes and gravy but didn't even get the right thing. Couldn't just order chicken tenders without getting it in a combo. Read more
I ordered a 8 peice chicken tender. To start ingot hot sauce and no ranch. I ordered only ranch as my four sides sauces. The... chicken itself was cold and very chewy. Which leads me to feel that its old. The sides for me were mashed potatoes and Mac ncheese. The Mac n cheese was fine but the mashed potatoes had maybe a half a cup which looked like once scoop as it wasperfectly spherical. But for a container of gravy to be bigger then the amount of potatoes we got. I was very upset. And all ofthat for $25 was truly wrong. Read more
Gonna be real, KFC doesn't hit anymore. It's dry and lackluster. It doesn't carry the flavor of my childhood. Even the macaroni... and cheese has suffered. Why, KFC? What happened? Is it you, or is it me? Anyway, this KFC in particular has served up somepretty bland dishes for my wife and I. Wouldn't recommend. Read more
This kfc is usually pretty consistent with quality. The wait is normally about 3 cars which usually means about 7-10 minutes... wait in my experience, which still isn't all that bad. I'm always happy with the food from here, the employees at the window arealways extremely friendly and helpful, if they make a mistake they immediately own it and correct it. And the food comes outnice and hot, and is still comfortably warm to eat after the drive home. Read more
