Ordered in the app for pickup. Their drive through is always very backed up. Upon arrival there were maybe ten people inside... dining. But the doors were locked. After trying both doors an employee let me in and said done in was closed because they wereshort staffed. Where did those ten people come from? I can tell you that i worked fast food for 17yrs and i would never serve such low quality food as this taco bell....the... mansfield taco bell is 110 percent better quality and knows what customer service is supposed to be. I have lived in shelby allmy life and was sooo excited to have our own taco bell but honestly if i have the opportunity to go to Mansfield over shelby, iIdo and i will because the quality of the food sucks in Shelby and the customer service is even worse!!! Just ordered food which included mango whip drink. I was given to me coming out of the container. I had to get napkins to try... to mop it up while I got my fountain drinks. I drove 2 miles home and it's all separated and undrinkable. Not what wasordered. Unless you are desperate, avoid. Read more
Enjoyed eating inside and like how you can order your food by machine. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

find myself infuriated with your location. First, I pull up see a employee sitting outside smoking marijuana. I understand... times are different, but what kind of astablishment allows employees to smoke on the job. I didn't get her name appeared younggirl had glasses, an appearance was sloppy, On top of this issues, it took me just under 8 minutes at the window to get myfood. Guy aggressively handed my bag, an immediately shut the window in my face. Your food prep workers are awful my food wasmade sloppy, wasn't wrapped alll the way, my burrito was torn, the taco shell broken an contents spilling out in the bag. Iwill never do my business at this location again. The employee girl smoking needs terminated immediately. Train your food prepemployees to be better.
