As always. It's food. I still don't understand how it's so much harder to center the fish fillet than the burger patties. Still... don't get why the franchise has decided it to be the only sandwich that gets just half the piece of cheese. It's food but Ishouldn't have to reconstruct such a mess darn near every time I order the fish sandwich. I don't go here much. But when I do,the fish is my favorite. I'm not going to review McDonald's, you know what it is. However, I'll submit a thought: America has a problem with obesity and... poverty. For the most part, we all enjoy finding value, but as a single person I'm forced to decide between eating too much orspending more for the same sandwich just because I only wanted one. Read more

Everyone was polite if not friendly. Not a fast drive thru location, expect to wait in line for 10-20 minutes. No gluten free... options, cross contamination risk is high here. I just got a happy meal for a nephew. Read more
Stopped in the McDonald's in West Virginia, we had a ordered through the app and pulled into the spot and let them know what... spot we were in. We waited there for 20 minutes and they never came out. So we pulled through the drive thru and explained whathappened. Which we were upset at this point...when we got to the window, which was just as bad, we were handed our tea and askedto moved up to the third window....we were not even given an explanation or a sorry for all that happened. We eat at McDonald's all the time and never had this happen before now. I do know one thing, when we travel again that McDonald's will NOT get ourbusiness again. They all need training in proper customer service. Read more
