I tried both the wagyu beef burger styles for lunch. The meat was under seasoned, overcooked, and dry. I then tried to order a... double roast beef in the drive thru, and they got my order completely wrong and said they could only refund me cash. Just came in to get a half pund beef and chedder combo and some sliders, the fries were cooked fresh and toasty, the employees... were out of this world amazing, and my food was engoyable. Great service at this restaurant. Good job arbys!!! Read more
We have been to this Arbys countless times and are getting fed up. We order large fries cuz we love curly fries and they NEVER... fill up the containers. I feel like I'm paying for a medium we have even poured out and weighed a medium vs a large and themedium has more fries. If you're going to sell a large teach your employees to fill up the container it's not hard that's justbeing lazy. I've worked in fast food through my teenage years and I know what's acceptable and what's not. Theres not that manyfood places in town please fix this issue. Read more
