I was the only person in the lobby, and I waited at the front counter for 10 minutes as 3 different employees walked back and... forth behind the counter. All of them seen me standing there and not one said anything!! Not even a ," I'll be right with you"!I was completely ignored and it wasn't a good feeling. Horrible service . Waited for 20 minutes to get our small order . Donuts were hard and stale , lady forgot part of our order and... there were flies buzzing around in their coffee pot . We wasted 20 minutes out of our trip . Shameful . Place is not cleaneither . Read more
