This McDonalds was not very well managed. Plenty of workers there, but everyone was running around doing everything instead of... staying to a task. Drive thru looked very crowded so We walked in and placed order at register. Waited?.waited?.waited. Onlyone register was open, but different people kept taking orders on it. Couldn?t even get coffee after we placed order. My husbandwent back up and said he would just go behind counter and get it himself because everyone was so scattered. We waited about 40minutes for food. People were all coming in from drive thru because their orders were all messed up. Food was good(that is onlywhy we gave it 2 stars). Read more
Ordered from kiosk but got no receipt. Asked for receipt and 2 people tried then basically ignored us. Needed receipt for... expense report. Floor very dirty. Trash cans overflowing. Won?t return. Read more
Everything was hot, service was quick and polite. Only issue was the exceptionally dismissive manager on her laptop sitting at... the table behind the rest kiosk about 415 pm. Some to her about the kiosk and she stared coldly at me and ignored me. DonDresser would not have had that. It was better when he owned it. Read more
Waited in line for 10 minutes after placing my order then had to pull forward to wait another 10 minutes for my food!... Ridiculous. I thought maybe this location would be faster than the other in town, I was wrong. And no apology or free food forsuch a long wait anymore. Read more
Omg! They were horribly slow and looking thru the drive thru window they had plenty of people standing around doing nothing.... Most Mcdonalds are a quick in and out in about 5 minutes. The order taker acted it was an inconvince to her to even do her job.As I was supposed to be somewhere at 9 AM and still needed fuel ,I finally made the decision to just leave. Place was great. But the prices are becoming outrageous. $20+ for a simple big Mac and fries for 2. We'll be eating at other... places. Too bad. I love Big Macs and have since the mid 70's when they 1st came out. Read more
