Greeted with smiles the second we walked through. Amazing food. Prices are super reasonable compared to other roadhouses. Our... steaks were cooked perfectly. The sides were full of flavor and meal was out quick. The salad bar is clean and fresh, fullystocked with anything you could want! The place was clean and moderate busy but not overcrowded. Our server Nicole was amazing.She was always ready to fill our glasses and suggested a great dessert! It?s off a quieter exit in Shelbyville, totally awayfrom the crowds which we loved. A little bit dubious about this style of restaurant as some are truly terrible BUT after reading the latest reviews, decided to... roll the dice. Very glad we did!! Restaurant was very clean, salad bar was fresh and fully stocked with far more than theusual. Chicken tenders are home cut breast meat and the steak was cooked perfectly to order. Very reasonable pricing, especially the Sunday offerings and the beer was cold and reasonably priced. Service was fast, friendly and notintrusive. Pleasantly surprised - and a definite recommend ! This was without doubt the best steakhouse I've ever been to in my entire life, My festival group and I ate here two nights in a... row, and both times our food looked and tasted amazing. My steaks were cooked exactly as requested, the shrimp was seasonedperfectly, and we had our food within 20 minutes of ordering, which is quite impressive considering the volume of guests thosenights. But the highlight of our visit was definitely our waitress Hannah, she was extremely attentive to us, and even managedto take our orders without writing anything down. Great place to stop and eat not too expensive salad bar has great variety and bathrooms were clean.
Great menu, plenty to choose from. The chef at this location know how to properly prepare a Steak dinner. Wait staff is... attentive and keeps your drink filled. We only waited about 10 min once we ordered. Very clean and a family environment. Read more
Went here previously several months ago and was very dissapointed with the food. Went again tonight and they made up for it. I... got the fried pork chop, which came with mashed potatoes and the salad bar. Which for $13.99 was a great deal. My wife had thechicken tenders with fries, which also came with the salad bar, for the same price. My only negative was the chicken tenderswere not very good. Would also love to see a bigger selection of fruit on the salad bar other than just mandarin oranges andpeaches. Service was excellent, my food was much better than last time, and the price was a great deal. Will definitely comeback another time. They also have a warning up not to park at the movie theater directly behind them to come eat because theowner of it loves to tow people and caused a huge issues about a year ago. Read more
Went to dine in for lunch on Friday with my husband, for my birthday. I love a good steak so we both ordered the Cowboy Ribeye.... It was cooked to perfection. My compliments to the Chef. We ordered lots of appetizers ( boneless Buffalo wings, fried greentomatoes, mozzarella triangles, loaded potato skins) and I was surprised how delicious the boneless Buffalo wings were, theywere very juicy. Everything was hot and delicious. I think Our servers name was Tammy. She was very friendly and attentive. Ididn't try the salad bar because I didn't even notice it at first, and then assumed that maybe it was shut down due toCovid,etc..but while taking our order, our server asked us if we wanted to try the salad bar but I declined, maybe I'll try itnext time.. Food was hit or miss. Salad bar was fresh and well-stocked. Cheesy fries appetizer was delicious, plentiful and freshly made.... The waitress was sure to keep only one of our four drinks filled. The tops of the rolls were rock hard and the waitress didn?tbring any additional after the first basket, even after requesting a fresh batch. Beef tips were dry and much over cooked. Hadto send steak back because it was severely undercooked. Kids mac n cheese was a good serving but the kids fettuccine Alfredolooked like it had been sitting out for some time. Noodles had began to turn a darker brown color. Waitress didn?t take any useddishes from our table so we had to continuously fumble with assorting them. She took a very long time to bring our check afterwe were ready to leave. The atmosphere overall wasn?t the worst mostly because we came in about 4pm on a weekday, so it wasn?tterribly busy. The location was a little off of the main road. All in all, it wasn?t the worst place for dinner but I won?t bereturning to this specific location.
